Is Grihvaas free to use?
Signing up, browsing, searching, saving homes and posting a requirement are free. You spend credits only on things like seeing a lister's contact, putting an ad up or boosting it — and the cost is always shown first.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There are no plans or subscriptions. Buy a credit pack when you need one; unused credits never expire.
Who sees my phone number?
Brokers see your requirement without your contact details. A broker gets your number only by unlocking it, and no more than eight can. You then choose which one to work with.
Does Grihvaas take brokerage or rent?
Never. Any brokerage is agreed directly between you and the broker. Grihvaas does not collect rent, deposits or brokerage.
How are brokers verified?
Our team reviews a government ID plus a RERA registration, a business registration, or an independent broker's track record and references. The badge says which.
Can I use Grihvaas in Hindi?
Yes. Switch between English and हिन्दी anytime, on the website and in the apps.
